Film O’Clock International Festival is an annual, competitive and non-specialised event, initiated by Mirona Radu, professional in the film industry with almost twenty-year experience in film production and distribution, and also international festivals. The fourth edition of the festival is organised and produced by Creatrix Fama and Mockra Productions in eight countries: Romania, Ukraine, Lithuania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Greece, Egypt and South Africa. The event is supported by DACIN SARA and ABI Fundatie.
