Film O’Clock International Festival is an annual, competitive and non-specialised event, initiated by Mirona Radu, professional in the film industry with a ten-year experience in film production and distribution, and also international festivals. The second edition of the festival is organised and produced by Creatrix Fama and ABI Fundatie. The event is supported by DACIN SARA.
