Film O’Clock International Festival is an annual, competitive and non-specialised event, initiated by Mirona Radu, professional in the film industry with a fifteen-year experience in film production and distribution, and also international festivals. The third edition of the festival is organised and produced by Creatrix Fama and ABI Fundatie in seven countries: Romania, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Egypt and South Africa. The event is supported by DACIN SARA, UPFAR ARGOA and UCIN.
