THE GREAT LOVE OF A LITTLE DANCER

Esmeralda, a fairground dancer, is in love with the lion tamer Leonidas. But the sinister sorcerer Larifari also adores her; yet the young dancer rejects him. Seeking revenge, he casts a curse on Esmeralda: any man who approaches her will have his head twisted. The grim threat comes true to the letter: Leonidas and two other men soon find themselves with their heads twisted around on their backs. To save her beloved Leonidas, Esmeralda turns to the ominous Dr. Mordgeschrei, behind whose mask, however, the sorcerer Dr. Larifari is actually hiding.
