The Academy carries more than two centuries of artistic tradition, making it the oldest and largest art university in the region. It is a strong cultural hub, having galleries, museums, research institutes, and artist residencies create an environment where art is constantly produced, exhibited, and discussed expands within four campuses filled with young artists in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Telšiai.
